The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and troubleshooting skills. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects.

Duties

• Electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Residential painting with attention to quality and safety.
• Maintain facilities by inspecting, troubleshooting, and repairing various projects and installations using multiple tools.
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend property lifespan.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and efficiently, and educating all customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance, or related fields.
• Good communication skills in English for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Clean driving record.
• Own your own truck & tools.
• Ability to use smart phone.
